Obtaining A Permit

TO OBTAIN A PERMIT you will need:

  1. Name of Applicant/Property Owner
  2. Parcel Identification Number
  3. Site Plan including (but not limited to)
    1. Road
    2. Access
    3. Propety lines
    4. Structures-existing and proposed
    5. Dimensions
    6. Setbacks from
      1. Road right of way
      2. Property lines
      3. Bluff, etc.
  4. Erosion control plan
  5. Impervious surface
  6. General contractor information
  7. Septic plan (if needed)
  8. Blue prints or floor plan
  9. Estimated value of the proposed structure

All permits issued within a shoreland district shall require a compliance inspection on septic system servicing the property prior to permit issuance
