The Le Sueur County Board of Adjustment is established with the authority as it is provided per the Le Sueur County Ordinance and as provided by Minnesota Statutes. The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five (5) members and shall have the exclusive power to order the approval or denial of variences or hearing appeals from any administrative order. All decisions shall be final except for the right to appeal as set forth in Minnesota Statutes.

Le Sueur County Board of Adjustment meets the 3nd Wednesday of the month with the on-site inspecitons as published.
