Zoning Permits:
No person shall erect, alter or move any building or part thereof without first securing a zoning permit including but not limited to all buildings,
building additions, structures, towers, basements, footings, farm and wildlife ponds, earth excavations, shoreland repairs, manufactured homes, all farm
buildings, grain bins, corn cribs, silos, feed rooms, milkrooms, and septic systems (installaion, replacement, alteration, repair, or extention).
Permits are issued in the Environmental Services Department. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday
thru Friday except holidays. We do suggest you call first as our staff does many site visits and may be out of the office. Appointments can be scheduled
to ensure someone will be in the office. Staff is willing to meet on-site upon request.
