Agricultural Inspector
Each County Board of Commissioners is required in Minnesota Statute 18.80 to appoint one or more County Agricultural Inspector to provide regulation of seeds, noxious weeds, screenings, and to assist in the regulation of pesticides, fertilizers, feeds and insect pests.

Assessor's Office
The Assessor's Office is responsible for the assessment of all real, personal and exempt property in Le Sueur County.

Auditor-Treasurer Office
The Auditor-Treasurer’s Office serves as custodian of all county funds and cash assets, and handles all funds received and/or paid out by the county, is responsible for investing all county surplus funds, designation of depositories, securing collateral to protect funds and determines terms of investments.

The building maintenance department provides repair, maintenance, and custodial services for county facilities and any rental property.

Drug Court
Le Sueur County District Court, in the First Judicial District of Minnesota, provides a Post-Plea, Pre-Sentence, Drug Court Program to reduce chemical abuse and criminal behavior of non- violent adult offenders.

The Geographic Information System Department was developed under the direction of the County Board to centralize tax and land information into an all encompassing graphical data set that benefits the public and local government.
