To improve the quality of life by providing public access to natural resources and outdoor recreation in a safe and welcoming environment for all to enjoy.

Features

Le Sueur County has 12 parks along with a number of Public Water Accesses to our lakes within the county and the Minnesota River. Le Sueur County owns and maintains 11 accesses within the county and the Minnesota DNR owns and maintains 24 accesses. There are 2 public campgrounds run by the county, Lake Washington Regional Park and Campground and Clear Lake Park. 

Richter Woods, Ney Nature Center, and Lake Washington Regional Park also have facilities available to rent for small gatherings. Self guided hiking trails can be found in Bradshaw Woods, Lake Washington Regional Park, Ney Nature Center, and Richter Woods.
