Responsibility
Le Sueur County's Human Resources Department develops, implements and administers all personnel functions and programs of the County including:
- Employee Relations
- Policy and Procedural Development
- Recruitment and Selection
- Salary Administration
Director
The Human Resources Director serves as an advisor to the County Board and department heads in matters dealing with employee relations or personnel administration and operates under the guidelines of the County Personnel Act, existing bargaining agreements and county policies.
