Le Sueur County Community Health provides the licensing and inspection for all Food, Pools, and Lodging establishments, including temporary events within Le Sueur County. In addition, this department is responsible for the Administration of the State of Minnesota Delegated Well Program, and the enforcement of the Le Sueur County Methamphetamine Ordinance in partnership with the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Department.
