The Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office Records Staff is responsible for maintaining all criminal history, investigative reports and criminal files for the Sheriff’s Office. The Records Department also forwards required information to proper agencies.
If you are looking to obtain a copy of an Accident and/or Incident Report that was constructed by the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office you can obtain them from the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office Records Staff. Please know that access to Incident Reports depend on the status of the incident and your involvement in the incident. To obtain a copy please complete one the following data request forms:

You can obtain a Burning Permit at the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You can also obtain a Burning Permit online through the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources website.
If you need a copy of your driver license record, you must go to a Department of Motor Vehicles Driver’s License Exam Station.
If you need a copy of your Criminal History, you must go to the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
