Victim / Witness Program

The Victim/Witness Program, a division of the Le Sueur County Attorney's Office, provides services to all victims and witnesses of crimes prosecuted by the Le Sueur County Attorney's Office, including those that are not prosecuted due to lack of evidence or failure to identify the defendant. The Victim/Witness Program also works with some of the City Attorney's in Le Sueur County.

The Le Sueur County Victim/Witness Program works to uphold the rights of general crime victims and help them cope with the traumatic effects of the criminal act.
