Online Database - RecordEase
We do offer records recorded from 1991 forward on our on-line database. Our database is thru RecordEase and does require a subscription. Abstract, Torrens, Plats, Government Corners, and Tax Liens, etc. are included in the database. If you would like to have access to our records on-line, there is a startup fee of $50 along with a $50 per month fee for unlimited searches. You would also need to determine the amount of money you will want to have in escrow for document images. In order to be granted this access you will need to complete the RecordEase application and send in a check for the $50 start up, $50 monthly fee, plus any additional money to put in your escrow to view images.
