  • Recommendation to place a lien on County Ditch 29 in the amount of $93, 236.38, or 119% of benefits.  Assessment will begin with taxes payable in 2024, spread over 7 years with 4% interest.  Prepayments without interest will be accepted through December 31, 2023 and a lien will be filed on any unpaid assessments as of that time.  The purpose of this assessment is to pay for past repairs and maintenance.
