Recommendation to approve a ditch lien for County Ditch 35; 10.2% of the benefits for a total of $124,222.29 to be spread over 10 years beginning with taxes payable in 2023, 4% interest, $10 minimum assessment, and any assessments that is $250 or less will be payable in one installment. A lien will be filed in the Le Sueur County Recorder’s Office in December 2022.
