NORTHERN NATURAL GAS, MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN, (APPLICANT) JOHN & JUDY SUNDERMAN, LE SUEUR, MN, (OWNER):

Request that the County grant a Conditional Use Permit to allow the applicant to construct a compressor station to enable the export of natural gas to the transmission system (Town Border Station) for Norther Natural Gas and Minnesota Municipal Power Agency in an Agriculture A” District, Mineral Resources “MR” Overlay District, Airport Zoning “AZ” Overlay District-Zone C. Property is located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 6, Sharon Township.
