request that the County grant an After-The-Fact Variance from the Le Sueur County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the Ordinary High Water Level (OHWL) setback for a water-oriented accessory structure from 10 feet to 8 feet; Reduce the Ordinary High Water Level (OHWL) setback for an accessory structure from 100 feet to 93 feet; Reduce the side yard setback for a replacement storage shed from 10 feet to 5 feet; and 41.8% total impervious surface coverage of a lot in a Recreational Residential “RR” Shoreland District, Lake Francis a Recreational Development “RD” lake. Property is located in Clark’s Beach Subdivision, Lot 20, Block 1, Section 34, Elysian Township. Request that the County grant a Variance from the Le Sueur County Zoning Ordinance to allow the applicant to reduce the required structure setback for a septic tank from 10 feet to 5 feet; Reduce the required structure setback for a septic absorption area from 20 feet to 6 feet; and to reduce the required side yard setback for a septic absorption area from 10 feet to 8 feet to accommodate the installation of a new septic system in a Recreational Residential “RR” Shoreland District, Lake Tetonka, a Recreational Development “RD” lake. Property is located in Dickinson Flat, Lot 12, Block 1, Section 21, Waterville Township. VARIANCE IS FOR STRUCTURE AND LOT LINE SETBACKS.
Request that the County grant a Variance from the Le Sueur County Zoning Ordinance to allow the applicant to reduce the required setback from the top of a bluff from 30 feet to 20 feet to accommodate the construction of a new dwelling in a Recreational Residential “RR” Shoreland District, and Flood Fringe “FF” Floodplain Overlay District, Lake Jefferson, a Recreational Development “RD” lake. Property is located in Jefferson Heights, Lot 25, Block 1, Section 6, Elysian Township. VARIANCE IS FOR bluff setback.
Request that the County grant a Variance from the Le Sueur County Zoning Ordinance to allow the applicant to expand a legal non-conforming structure and 27.5% total impervious surface coverage of a lot in a Recreational Residential “RR” Shoreland District, Mineral Resources “MR” Overlay District, and Flood Fringe “FF” Floodplain Overlay District, German Lake, a Recreational Development “RD” lake. Property is located in Glen’s Beach, Lots 1, 2, & 3, Section 4, Elysian Township. VARIANCE IS FOR expansion of a non-conforming structure and impervious surface.

Property is located in Gray’s Unrecorded Plat, lots 5 & 6, Section 20, Waterville Township. VARIANCE IS FOR lot line setback.
